Applied Race Management Solutions (ARMS) is a Race Timing and Management company. Founded in 2007 by runner and race director, Chuck Wells, ARMS offers a platform to find and register for races in Central Pennsylvania. Arms also provides the essentials to organizing a successful event, from race timing and equipment rental to race promotion and event management.
